Our Story
Founded in 2016, Nanyang Capital is the pre-eminent equity research club in Nanyang Technological University.
We seek to expose our members to the field of investment management, hone their analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and equip them with the necessary competencies for a successful career in the Banking & Finance industry.
The management team behind Nanyang Capital is one that believes strongly in the value of giving back to the school. Hence, we place a strong emphasis on alumni relations to provide our members with vast learning opportunities. Our alumni / mentors have done stints in Banks (J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Citi, Barclays, BAML, UBS, HSBC, Nomura, Deutsche), Buy-Side Firms (Point72, Temasek, GIC), Private Equity Firms (Bain Capital, Apollo Global Management), across a variety of fields such as Investment Banking, Sales and Trading, Asset Management, Wealth Management, and more. This enables us to impart the industry knowledge and experiences we have gleaned to the club members, as well as provide pertinent career advice.
